An Important Update About Alex-Bell Veterinary Clinic

For the past several years, we have worked diligently to find a veterinarian who could continue caring for our patients and serving the Centerville community. Despite our ongoing recruitment efforts, we have not been able to find the right veterinarian to continue the high standards of medicine and service our clients and patients deserve. As a result, we have made the very difficult decision to close Alex-Bell Veterinary Clinic.

Our final day will be October 30, 2026, and all appointments currently scheduled through that date will continue as planned. Although our hospital is closing, helping our patients transition to trusted, compassionate veterinary care remains a top priority.

We know this announcement may be difficult for our clients, and our team is dedicated to providing support and making the transition as seamless as possible for you and your pets.

Appointments and Client Support

Appointments already scheduled through October 30, 2026, will continue as planned. Our team will also remain available through the closure on September 30 to assist clients with:

• Medical record requests
• Prescription medication and prescription food pickup
• Prescription refill transfers
• Coordination of ongoing care with our colleagues

Requesting Medical Records

If you would like a copy of your pet’s medical records, please email your request to alexbellvc@yourvetdoc.com.

Please allow 3–5 business days for digital copies to be sent by email and up to one week for physical copies to be mailed or made available for pickup.

For quick access to basic medical information, including vaccination history, many records are also available through the PetDesk app.
